Terms & Add-Ons Summary

I. Payment & Methods

Deposit: 50% upfront, remaining 50% upon final watermarked preview approval.
Crypto: USDT/USDC via Binance Pay, Solana, Base, Polygon, or BSC.
Card / Bank: Direct USD/EUR invoicing via Request Finance (no wallet required).
Invoices: Itemized PDF invoices available upon request.

II. Add-Ons & Animations

Basic Loop: +$10 – $15 (e.g Idle, blink, breathing).
Standard Action: +$20 – $30 (e.g Walk, run, jump, attack).
Complex Action: +$35 – $50 (e.g Death, heavy transformation).
Source Files: Included free with Commercial License.

III. Rights & Licensing

Personal Use: Base price covers non-commercial use.
Commercial Use (+50%): Full rights for games/merch + raw .ase/.aseprite files.
Full NDA (+100%): Private work hidden from portfolio displays.
Attribution: "Art by Kalium" or site link credited where feasible.

IV. Prohibited Uses

Anti-AI Clause: Strict ban on AI training, datasets, or scraping.
No Crypto / NFTs: Prohibited for NFT or blockchain projects.
No Reselling: Assets cannot be resold as standalone packs.
